To Be Continued...

Hey y�all,

This will be the last report from TheBig Blog (in its current incarnation anyway).� As a kid, I used to rearrange my furniture every couple of months or so.� (I always wondered why the bed was the only piece of bedroom furniture that had wheels on it.)� That�s basically what I�m doing here.� I�m moving my blogging over to Stephen�z Page.� I don�t know what else I have personal over at TheBigWhiteWolf.com, but it will likely end up there, as well.� I�m not going to give you a new e-mail address to memorize, because let�s face it:� I don�t want to change my address everywhere.

Don�t fret, as Stephen�z Blog will be just as fun and entertaining as TheBig Blog.� I think it looks prettier, and I know it is more functional.� Hopefully, the new commenting system will be much better than the last and I won�t be getting any spamvertisements for ED pills, watches, handbags, or handbags containing ED pills and watches.

Anyways, I know you�re itching for a link to the address, so here goes:

Alright...from now on, I'll review and consider your comments for just 50� via PayPal. That's cheaper than a soda in the drink machine. Just send it to me, (TheBigWhiteWolf) atsign (gmail) decimal/period (com) with a subject line of "blog comments." My PayPal account should be hooked into that address, so when I get a note that I got 50 cents, I'll check my gmail box for your comments and I'll consider posting them.

For 50 dollars, I'll consider it a lot more. :-)� I'll even post a separate post for 50 bucks!� C'mon, your spam site can write that off on taxes as part of your advertising budget!

Commenting is back...for now...

Alright spammers, I turned the commenting back on. I was going to upgrade the blog to a newer version which has the CAPTCHA stuff to keep spambots from commenting...

Unfortunately, I can't find the database where my bloggings are stored, so I'm hesitant to upgrade and lose all that, so I'm stuck deleting comments about pennis pumps from my great aunt's obituaries.

Spam away freshness lovers. Spam away. :-P

1, 2, 3 --or-- Duffs and chafing and poop eating space monkeys, oh my!

The other day, I was looking back and realized that I hadn�t updated TheBig Blog in about a month. This can only mean several things.

I�ve been sitting lazily on my duff, unwilling to move my fingers on the keyboard in any way unrelated to either my job or my entertainment.
Nothing of note has happened since my last post. I�ve neither been anywhere exciting, nor have I read of anything that I felt I should share with you.
TheBig Blog was invaded by space aliens and the evil closet monkey who have killed off the commenting section, and they will no longer allow me to type anything negative in regards to monkeys, aliens, rectal probes, or eating one�s own poop.

If you guessed all of the above, you couldn�t be more wrong unless you chose none of the above and bubbled in the mark with an unheavy, undark, and incomplete fill using a number three pencil instead of a number two. (Note to space aliens and evil closet monkey: a �number two pencil� is used to differentiate the hardness of the pencil�s lead and has nothing to do with neither poop, nor the eating thereof.) Come to think of it, you may not have been wrong in the first place, but since the lead mark is to be read by an optical scanner, and you in your own ignorance and/or stupidity decided to go ahead and use that number three pencil, then you, Mister/Miss/Missus/Mistress/Monsignor/Doctor/Reverend/(insert title here) Number Three Pencil Using Rebel deserve nothing more than to be called out for your rebellious stupido-ignoratude. (Yes, I made that word up.)

Now it�s time for me to rebut or reinforce myself on the points listed above. First off, yes, I have been sitting lazily on my duff. I like my duff. I particularly enjoy the wavering fluffiness of its cushion when attempting to sit on solid objects. If you too enjoy my duff, please call 1-866-DUFFS 01 to vote me as the next American Duff. I�m making a duff of myself at the moment, aren�t I? Jurors, please strike this paragraph.

Secondly, LOTS has happened since my last post. I have probably shaved a total of sixteen times since then, though those instances were kept to a minimum because I lacked a fresh razor blade, and the chafing was uncomfortable. That wasn�t an item of note, I realize, but hey, hey, whaddaya say? Shanda and I drove out to see her Uncle who lives only an hour and a half away. What could possibly be more exciting than a road trip on I-85? Aside from watching paint dry or grass grow, not that much, I�ll grant you that. I became an uncle by marriage and friendship. (My wife�s friend had a baby girl.) What�s even more exciting than that? My church is evicting itself from its current meeting place. Apparently having three services in the auditorium of Riverside High School isn�t quite enough. So, sooner or later, we�re going to be out of RHS and into wherever God takes us next. Pray for us!

Finally, if you�ve been paying attention to TheBig Blog you would realize that number three is not entirely true. I can neither confirm nor deny the presence of poop-eating rectal-probing alien monkeys or the lack thereof.

Check it out!

I'm starting a new category on my blog called "Check it out!"� It's gonna be chock full of nuts, like that heavenly coffee.� Pardon me for getting slightly carried away there.� I do that from time to time.� And then I go on rambling about it for at least three or four paragraphs.� I need an editor, or someone to slap me in the face and yell "GET YOURSELF TOGETHER MAN!!!� HAVE YOU LOST YOUR EVER LOVING MIND?!?!?"

Ehem...what I was trying to say is that "Check it out!" will feature little things on the web I find interesting, exciting, fun...all those happy squishy kind of adjectives.� I may have to throw in an update here if I stumble upon something sad, unfortunate, or another unhappy unsquishy kind of adjective.

Alright, enough of this gooey sh...

...show of emotions. Time to get TheBig Blog rollin!

I've finally decided to try and strike out on my own. I'm paying monthly for a website, it's not really being used, and if I get blogging software for free, I'm going to take advantage of it!

You can see my past blogs by clicking somewhere on the page. Right now it's on the right of the page. I'm not too sure if I go changing the templates for this page if it will stay at the right or if it will move around. The surest way to make sure it moves around is to say it will be on the right, or to have it stay at right, say it's going to move around. I don't know what will happen, and I'm not going to pretend to know.

That's a whole lot of nothing that I said right there, I know. I'm excited to have my own blog now. I call it my own, but all I can take credit for is the content and the logo up at the top. (A free gmail invite to the first person telling me where the subtitle came from.)
